As a busy Complementary medicine, Functional nutrition and Chinese medicine health consultant , Nineta learned there is more to wellness than what is just attained on the outside: or masculine approach. Realising the limitation of just looking one way, she flipped everything on it’s head and learned the intuitive way to shift from constantly struggling to heal past congestions, to simply upgrading the body~mind connection. This sets the framework to align the energy in manifesting greater wellness, without pressure. This is the feminine, the way of receptive abundance.
